All you need is love....

Hello, everyone! happy Sunday to you! I hope you are all having a very nice weekend. I am crafting almost all weekend making stuff for the next few weeks on the Holiday blog and this blog.

Oh and don't forget to leave a comment on my batman Valentine post from Friday and sign up to follow this blog. That way you will be eligible to win the Batman cricut cartridge that I am giving away to one lucky winner. Also, make sure you head over to Joy's blog and do the same, so you can be eligible to win a Superman cricut cartridge!

On to the card...

this card was made with my favorite Bo Bunny double dotted paper, a Martha Stewart around the page punch, and some seriously cute stamps from Taylored Expressions and Verve. I colored the images with my copics and added a little bit of liquid glass accents to make the chocolate look a bit more realistic.

I hope you all have a nice Valentine's Day with the one or ones you love. I know I will be with my DH, my 5 year old, and little Lucy our puppy. That is either a combination for a good time or......well, lets just say or not such a good time ;-)

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Thank you card made with New Close To My Heart 'Veranda' paper line

Hello, everyone!

Today's card was made using the new 'Veranda' paper line by Close To My Heart. It is one of the best lines they have done in a long time. I just love it!

I just cut paper into 2" strips and trimmed all the edges with my Martha Stewart border punches. I think it turned out REALLY cool!

I used nestibilities to get the nested shapes for the sentiment.

Have a wonderful day!

Here I am......

Hello, Everyone!

I am been so busy with school and Christmas with the Cricut. Also, my little kindergartner got the flu last week, so it has been pretty crazy at my house!

I finally managed to sit down and make some cards using my new Cosmo Cricket Earth Love paper. I REALLY love it!

This card was sent to one of the winners over at Christmas with the Cricut.....

I used my Winter Woodland cartridge to cut the tag at the bottom(LOVE THAT CARTRIDGE).

Have a great day!

Card Sketch Wednesday #19

Hello, Everyone!!

I hope you are all having a great week! It is pretty crazy around here! My little one started kindergarten this week. Also, I started back to college this week after a 15 year hiatus. I am only taking 3 classes, but it is going to take some getting used to. I am looking forward to all the art classes though!

Here is the Wednesday challenge for C to Shining C.

and here is my take on the card.

the rose is made out of core'dinations paper that is torn and crumpled. This could not be any easier!

All I did was draw a circle with a pencil on the opposite side of the paper and tore the paper along the lines. Then crumpled them up in my hands.

The paper I used was Basic Grey Wisteria and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Have a great week!!

Martha Stewart 'branch' punch!

After searching high and low(3 Walmarts). I found it! So here is what I have made so far. I got the idea from someone on the cricut MB. There are a lot of possibilities with this one. I am sure I will use it a lot in the coming months. Well, I better after all the trouble it was to find ;)
