Cricut Graduation Card

Hello, friends!

Today, I have a graduation themed card for the Bitten By the Bug blog which is the theme of the week. The timing could not be better either as my sister graduates from college next month!

For this card, I used the Create A Friend cartridge and the Smarty Pants stamp set. I wanted to make the little graduate looks just like my sister. It is pretty close!

If you do not have an Explore, I cut the little graduate out at 3 3/4".

Cricut Recess Graduation Card

  Hello, friends!

Sorry I am late getting up the details. I have been in the hospital (since Wednesday) getting chemo and it is not going as well as I had hoped. I am pretty sick, but they are finally letting me out today. 

Here is what you need to know about this card. It is made using the Recess and the Holiday Tags and Frames cartridges.

Graduation card

Hello, friends!

My brother Nevada graduated a few weekends ago from the University of North Texas with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Let me tell you, we are beyond proud. He is married with three kids and struggled for a while because he was stuck at a job he hated for not a lot of money. His way out was going back to college. It was a long and rough road, but he persevered and accomplished his goal! 

I made this super simple card for him using an SVG file and my Cricut Explore. I used a cuttlebug folder to give it a little bit of simple elegance. The frame in the center is just perfect for this cut. 

The stamp set is from Close To My Heart. It is great for college and high school graduations because it includes numbers for the graduation year.
