Land That I Love 4th of July card

Last day of the month and the very last day to get your paws on the stamp of the month. A stamp set that I used for the very card I am showing you today! If you want the set get it while the getting is good! Also, this would be the last day to take advantage of the Lollydoodle Cardmaking kit Special. All you have to do is place an order of $75 or more and I will send it out to you!

This card is made using an SVG from Miss Kate's Cuttables. It was too cute not to buy and use. Just look at it! It is so darn fabulous!

Today's project is for this week's Bitten By the Bug challenge which called for a Fourth of July card. I think this card fits the bill!

Kaboom 4th of July card

Today's card is a patriotic one with a twist. The twist being my color choices. I love to occasionally bend rules when it comes to colors. It breathes new life sometimes into projects!

The cut is from the Cricut Independence Day - Celebrate digital image file. Now remember, this can be used on the Cricut Craft Room as well as the Design Space software. Also, if you own it you can use it on either!

The stamps are from the Stamp of the Month set.

Fun in the Sun card

Today I have a project made using the Explore and an SVG that I purchased (from Lettering Delights called Down By the Bay). The theme over at Bitten By the Bug this week is Fun in the Sun and when I saw this cut I could not resist.

Now there are MANY sun cuts and label shapes the one I used in the Cricut library. It is just a matter of making he file. As I am in the troughs of chemotherapy and do not have time for such things, I took the easy way. Something like this would be wonderful for a layout though!

Hello Sunshine is a sticker that came with this paper pack (Summer Bliss by Echo Park).

Cricut Explore Hey there card

Today I have a very colorful card I made using an SVG from Lettering Delights. Now, if you do not have an Explore or simply do not want to venture into SVG territory, just cut a flower shape several times at different sizes. Fold up the petals a little and pop it on a circle.

For the center of the flower I used some liquid glass to give it a dimentional look. I really liked how it turned out, so I might do that again.
