Cricut Dancing Flamingo card

Cricut Dancing Flamingo card
Quick and Easy cards

Hello, friends!

I hope you are all having a wonderful and safe holiday! I am still on Houston, but the fun never stops on this blog ;-)

Don't forget that I am giving anyone who spends over $50 in my Close To My Heart store a FREE Blossom card kit! It is on a while supplies last kind of basis, so don't wait too long!

Today's card is one I made for the Bitten By the Bug blog. This week's theme is dance. Naturally, I thought the Twinkle Toes cartridge would be a good choice. While I was looking in Design Space at what was on this cartridge, I noticed for the first time this adorable flamingo. I mean seriously, ladies, a ballerina flamingo! Can you even stand the cuteness?

The patterned on the cardstock was made using the Jumping Geometrics stamp set and gold embossing powder. I thought it mimicked ocean waves or sand.

If you have an Explore, here is the file: Cricut Dancing Flamingo card

If you do not have an Explore, cut out the flamingo at 3.75".

Happy Memorial Day! Like the flirty dancing Flamingo. When I go to the Zoo I see the Flamingoes first. Did you know that a Flamingo gets its pink from the food it eats? I have seen black & white Flamingoes as well.

I love the way you make your own patterned paper, and this one is awesome!! I can feel the humidity, and the sand between my toes. Thanks for sharing this adorable flamingo. Enjoy your time with family and have a safe trip home.
