Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge Holy Night Christmas card

Hello, friends!
Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge Holy Night Christmas card
Today I have a Christmas card that was a lot of fun to make. This is not my usual card. I was inspired by a card I saw somewhere that had dark silhouettes against an early evening sky. Immediately, I thought of this cut from Close To My Heart Artfully Sent. I knew it would be perfect for this technique and it was!

I edited the cut using Cricut Design space and chopped of part of the card. I wanted to make this just a card front. Then, I used a sponge and started at the bottom with the lightest color. I worked my way up going darker as I went, making sure everything was blending. This is super easy to do and has a large impact!

Next, I stamped the sentiment in versamark, sprinkled embossing powder, and heat embossed the sentiment. The stars are made using a white pen. I just randomly made little dots, some larger than others.

If you have an Explore, here is the file: Artfully Sent O Holy Night card file

If you are sans Explore, I cut it out at 3 3/4".

Like the Nativity card. This BEE is happy to know that the CTMH new cartridge is now on the Gypsy. Updated my Gypsy yesterday and will order the new CTMH cartridge possibly in Dec.
