You Melt My Heart snowflake card made using the Christmas Wish Imagine cartridge and the Art Philosophy cartridge.

Hello, friends!

Today is the last day to get the Holiday Wishes stamp set and the November stamp of the month. If you are interested, make sure you order it today before it is gone forever and at $5 each it won't break the bank! See the end of this post for details.

I have a card  today that is made using the Imagine and my Expression. I printed the pattern papers using the Christmas Wish Imagine cartridge. This cartridge has some BEAUTIFUL papers and I love that I can print as many as I want. The snowflakes were cut out using the Art Philosophy cartridge and I stamped on them using the Snowflakes cartridge again. I just cannot resist a beautiful snowflake.

The heat embossing technique was used on this card similarly to yesterday's. I noticed a question in yesterday's comments about embossing without all of the little bits that stick to the paper out of place. I gently rub the oaoer with a dryer sheet before I stamp it with the Versamark. I am not sure why it works, but it does!

This is the stamp set I used. It is called Snowflakes and it coordinates with the Art Philosophy cartridge.

The ribbon is Papertrey Ink. The pearls, ink, and cardstock are from Close To My Heart.
I cut the snowflake out at 1 3/4" with white cardstock. Then I stamped on the snowflake with the first stamp using ocean ink. Then I stamped the second stamp on top using versamark ink, sprinkled the white embossing powder on it, and heated t using the heat tool. The edges were then inked using a chalk ink.
Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure you pop in tomorrow to check for more inspiration!

Such a pretty card!!! What brand of dryer sheets do you use? I'm sure different brands might give different results. Thanks,

Special dishes were one of our traditions, and decorating the tree on Thanksgiving after dinner was always part of the day. I always looked forward to the dated ornament one of the kids would get for us. They alternated it between them. The sweater cartridge would come in handy, we have not been above freezing in about a week it seems like.
