Happy Wednesday!! It's mid week already. Does anyone have any plans for Mother's Day? I am really wanting to go to lunch at one of my favorite places to eat in the Dallas area. It is a Tapas place called Cafe Malaga in McKinney that Joy introduced me to. They have the best hummus I have EVER had. Is it weird that I am salivating already and it is days away?
Today's card is made using the NEW Teresa Collins Black and White imagine cartridge and the Formal Occassion cartridge. This card was born out of a total experimentation. You see, I have this Anna Griffin stack of paper that has a few sheets of paper that I was not overly crazy about. I thought that the gradient color in the paper might look good if I printed the black rose design on top of it. Well I did and this is the result. I just love how it turned out. This Imagine cartridge has so many possibilities!
The paper is Anna Griffin. |
I cut the rose from the Formal Occassions cartridge at 1 1/2". The 'top note' shape is a die from Papertrey Ink that I cut using my CUTTLEBUG! |
The ribbon is from SU! and the stamps are from Papertrey Ink. |
Have a WONDROUS Wednesday!
