Today I have a card I made using one of my favorites of the release...Cindy Loo! I really love this cartridge! I think it has lots of possibilities. It is not as girly as you might think either. I have a card that I made for tomorrow's post on Everyday Cricut that is VERY masculine. It just is a total must have cartridge....I think!
When I saw the images on this card I knew that this little Bavarian birdhouse would be cut by my cricut. Just something about it called to me. I cut this little birdhouse at 2". It is small, but not hard to assemble. I love when that happens!
I used a little pen work to add a little bit more.
The paper used is October Afternoon's 'Thrift Store'. This is totally my new favorite paper pack! The ribbon is SU! and the stamp is from Papertrey Ink(the set is called Inside Out Thank you...or something like that)

I also am in love with and am hoarding thrift store LOL! I LOVE the birdhouse. The way you have it cut out and layered it makes me think it's made of Gingerbread which makes me think about using it for Christmas!!! FANTASTIC

Oh how adorable!! I dont know if the birdhouse has a full shadow feature (I think it does), so I can just imagin it beeing cut twice, once in mirror, nice and big ... then make the bottom,sides and roof yourself out of cardstock, and you have such a great 3D birdhouse!!!!
