A Budding Friendship stamped card

A Budding Friendship stamped card
All About Stamps Thursday
Hello, friends!

Today is Thursday, so it is all about stamping. I really hope you guys like this day of the week. Making these kind of cards stretches my creativity. However, if you guys are not crazy about this day of the week, please let me know!

This card is made using the Budding Friendship stamp set. I basically just freestyle stamped all over white cardstock. Then, I used a die (from Spellbinders) and my cuttlebug and cut out the shape in the middle. Next, I used the Smiles Begin with You stamp set. Instead of using ink, I decided to heat emboss it with gold embossing powder. I am seriously addicted to embossing at the moment. I should definitely make a video on it.

The embossed sentiment is pretty and the Spellbinder die cut out works wonderfully as an opening.

WOW!!! Double WOW!!! This is an awesome card and the last shot was a big surprise for me, I didn't expect the "ending"!

I enjoy every day and all it has to offer, so keep 'em coming. I hope one of your videos will show us how to make those wonderful shape cards you do, as I still can't seem to master them :(

Don't stop stamping. A tutorial on how to stamp correctly as well as an embossing would be wonderful. I feel like I stink at both. I would like to see a watercolor pencils tutorial as well.
