Art Philosophy Feather Card

Hello, friends!

 Before I get going with my project details, I wanted to remind all of you that I am giving away a Cricut Explore to one lucky customer this month! No order is too small to get entered! 


 Now on to today's card. It was made using the Art Philosophy cartridge and the a new stamp set appropriately named Feathers. I have seen similar stamp sets and have thought about buying them. I am very glad I waited though. This version has more flexibility than others I have seen. Most need to be either paper pieced or are just a solid image. This stamp set has both, so this is great!
 The sentiment is from another stamp set called Hello Wonderful.

I paper pieced the feather. I know you guys cringe at that, but I think the payoff is so worth it on this one!

    I have used the feather on the Damask cartridge an awful lot for my boys cub scouts. This stamp set is even better. I think it is a must for me. I have not paper pierced before. What is it and how is it done?
