Anna Griffin Elegant Christmas Card

Hello, friends!

Today I have an elegant ivory and gold Christmas card that I made using the Anna Griffin cartridge and the Yuletide Greetings stamp set. I really love giving elegant Christmas cards. People always seem more impressed with my crafting skills when I give these kinds of cards away.

I wanted to add a little more glitz and glamor, so I heat embossed the sentiment using gold embossing powder. Quick tip: when heat embossing, run a dryer sheet over the paper that you will be stamping on before you stamp. It will help to give a cleaner finished product with out all of the wayward bits.

Awesomely beautiful card!!!!!! Love the colors, and your embellishment. Many thanks for your heat embossing tip. Those stray powder bits turned me off from heat embossing, but I'm going to get some dryer sheets and revisit the technique.

The embellishment of the pearl & ribbon complement the wonderful card with the die cuts.

Thanks for the dryer sheet tip! I was thinking I would need to buy the powder tool that does the same thing for $6. Just got the Anna griffin cartridge and can't wait to get started! Thanks for the giveaway!
