Hello flower card made using the Artiste cartridge and the June stamp of the month.

Hello, friends!

I have a cheerful card that I made using the Artiste cartridge and the June stamp of the month.  For that little bit extra I used one of my Anna Griffin cuttlebug folders. Lately, I have really been using my cuttlebug a lot. I need to come up with better storage for my folders. What I currently have is not working for me anymore. Anyone have any good ideas?

I used White Daisy, Lagoon, Pear, and Creme' Brule' cardstock from Close To My Heart.
The inks that were used were Lagoon, Pear, and Creme Brule.
I used the June stamp of the month for the flowers and the A Bowwow stamp set for the sentiment.

I'll be back here on Monday with more projects!

This week's prize is the Extreme Fonts cartridge.

Very pretty colors and I like the embossing. I store my embossing folders in a plastic shoebox without the lid.

Love the card and the colors are awesome. The embossing really adds a new dimension, and I like the idea of two different embossing. Melanie, you really rock!

I use something similar to Shirley (aka Okieladybug's) folder idea. I took 4x6 tabbed dividers for a file box, embossed them with the folder, wrote the name on the divider and on the folder with permanent pen, and slide the folder behind the tab in a 4x6 file box. This works great for the A2 folders, but leaves the 5x7 ones without a home. I'm hoping to see a good idea here from someone else today for them.

I have a 5 x 9 notebook with plastic pockets (got them at Staples). My cuttlebug folders slide right down in the pockets. I have dividers in the notebook with the name of the folder on them. Works great until I got some 12 inch folders : ) I would also think that a box that holds greeting cards would work for the cuttlebug folders. Hope that helps. Love the card

Such a pretty card! I love the embossed background. I think I "need" a few of the folders you've used lately! My embossing folder storage is pretty simple; I keep them in a large rectangular basket and use the packaging insert cards as dividers. It makes them easily accessible so I'm more likely to use them.

Your card is so pretty. I've been on an embossing kick since I got my Anna Griffin Cuttlebug & folders. I was using a notebook (I think from ProvoCraft) with plastic pockets. But when I got my AG folders I needed more room. I found a card organizer box that I got from Hallmark years ago. It had dividers for each month. I turned them around and labeled them with the name of the folder. Hope that helps!

I use a cute basket that matches my room. I made folders on my Gypsy (similar to okie. I emboss the front of the paper folder and write the name on the tab. I can quickly look through without having to pull my folders out since it is embossed on the front. and it looks cute on my shelf!

Love the card!
I purchased a notebook by Darice especially for storing A2 folders. I have each folder named and numbered and each pocket named and numbered so if one
is empty I know which one it is. Nothing figured out for the borders and larger folders.

I store my folders in a padded 6 or 8 pack pop insulated carrier. It has a zippered top. It will hold the 4 x6 or 5 x 7. It carries well by its handle to go to crops. And to use it, just unzip and you are ready to go. Hope that helps.
