thank you, tracher card made using the Art Philosophy cartridge.

Hello, friends!

This week is teacher appreciation week at my son's school. He requested that I make his wonderful teacher a card, so I obliged him. He told me her favorite color is purple and emphasized that it must include purple. I thought and thought about what to do. I know that the usual school themed cards are usually what is exchanged, but with the requirement of purple I had to do something different. Purple flowers are some of the most beautiful flowers and since I LOVE crafting with flowers..... I bet you can guess which direction I took *wink* I know I know....I just cannot help myself!

For this project, I used the Art Philosophy cartridge and the Girls Rock stamp set (it coordinates with the Art Philosophy cartridge). I also used a cuttlebug folder (appropriately called Simple Flowers) to emboss the pale aqua paper. I think the subtle embossed flowers go nicely with the stamped flowers.

GYPSY file: https://www.box.com/s/ir1ea5vazriribmxyoan

I used the Girls Rock stamp set to create my own patterned paper. I just love this effect. It helps me to create exactly the look I want!
I also used the stamp set to stamp on the flower and the leaves that I cut out using the Art philosophy cartridge. The monochromatic look is very chic I think.

This week's prize is the Teddy Bear on Parade cartridge!
