8 year old check up layout made using the DR Check Up cartridge.

Hello, friends!

Today I have a layout that I made using the NEW Dr Check Up cartridge and Opposites Attract cartridge. This cartridge is so great if you have little ones still at home or still need to scrap some of those  memories. Also, it has some really cute cuts that would work great for cards or other paper projects.

This page was made because my son just had his 8 year check up and I snaped a pic of him wearing his hospital gown sitting on the table. The timing could not have been more perfect! I would have added the photo, but I get a lot of negative emails complaining when I add photos of my son. Sigh...so I won't show it. There is so much going on in my life right now, that I really don't have time to deal with it. However, trust me, I have the BEST pic for this layout!

I wanted to give everyone a little reminder that if I highlight a word and enlarge it, typically it is linked to the web page in which you can purchase it. If you are interested in buying this cartridge or anything else that I have used, just click on the name of the product!

Melanie, this layout is so adorable. So many have expirenced the sinster side of sharing photo's of their little ones. Unfortunately, the delivery of their advice can be accusatory. I love seeing the pics of your boy. You are such a loving and kind person, I can't imagine how anyone could think otherwise. Have a great holiday weekend!

I love this layout! I'm sure the photo will be perfect...I don't think you can expect to get many, (if any), more pics of him in an exam gown! So, you might as well preserve this one!

I LOVE seeing pics on layouts! Afterall--that is why we do this craft....Please don't allow Negative Nellies to spoil your fun and creativity. Your photos also serve to plant the seed of photos we too might like to take in the future. So--unless your child says no, I say include the pics! I would LOVE to see this completed layout.
