merci beaucoup card made using the Summer in Paris mini

Hello, friends!

I hope you are having a great week! Today I have something for you that I made with the Summer in Paris mini.

I cut the Arc de Triomphe at 3".

The card is A2 sized and the patterned paper is from Basic Grey's Capella line.

updated to say: The stamp set I used is from Verve. The eraser technique I was talking about in the video is for acrylic or clear stamps only. It is because in the factory when they make the stamps there is sometimes a residue left on them that will cause the stamp to not hold the ink. If you take a regular eraser to the stamp it will take off the residue and not harm the stamp. Then your stamp will stamp perfectly every time!

and here is the video!

April Specials

This month's stamp of the month has a lot to offer. It includes a nice pattern and great sentiments. It can be yours for $17.95 or if  you place an order of $50 or more you can get this FABULOUS stamp set for just $5! This is a savings of $12.95!

Have a great day!

Very pretty Mel. Enjoyed the video even the tearing (slightly) of the paper just like I do from time to time. All human! LOL!

Love your beautiful card!! It must be very frustrating to make things on camera. I hate to even think about the presure you go thru! Thanks for the video though. Always enjoy seeing it come together and knowing the sizes!

C'est tres bien!

That's about the extent of my French (although I think there should be a little accent mark over the 'e' in tres) :\

Love your pretty card!

A beautiful card. By the way, I love how you don't edit your videos when you are reposition papers because you have done them crooked, or whatever the slight error as this makes the rest of us realize "YES! It's all right when we mess up!". Thanks for staying "human" for the rest of us and making the process a little less daunting.

Lovely card, love the papers and the ribbon. You're so natural on camera, loved the video. I'm also French through my great grandfather, who imigrated when he was only 13.

Very pretty card!

I had forgotten all about using an eraser on the clear stamps, so thank you for mentioning it again.

Love this card! The Arc is gorgeous. One trick to cutting smaller is to use the Gypsy to elminate some of the interior cuts, just in case you are pining for a smaller one :D. I used this technique to cut some very tiny Eeyores for earrings.
