Hi! card using My Mind's Eye and Anna Griffin Chipboard

Hello, friends!

I hope you are all well! What do you guys think of the sneak peak of the cartridges to come? It is always so exciting to see new stuff. I cannot wait to get my hands on them!

On to the card, it was made using My Mind's Eye paper and the very sparkly chipboard letters I got from Anna Griffin. They are just so beautiful! You can make something similar using your cricut and a deepcut blade. I have cut lots of chipboard using my deepcut blade and it works like a charm!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I am going to be several places next week. Not only will I of coarse be posting on Everyday Cricut, but I will be a guest designer on Hallmark Ladybugs and on Bug Bytes blog on Wednesday.

Have a great weekend!!

As soon as I saw the card I was going to ask you "what cartridge is that "h" from???"....then I read? Reading is fundamental! :) Very pretty Melanie!

I haven't been on the Cricut Board to see the sneak peak, but I was by Samantha's blog last night and saw she had posted a sneak peak for a TOY STORY CARTRIDGE AND I COULD HARDLY CONTAIN MYSELF! Opps, sorry, was I shouting?! ;) As you can probably tell, I'm just a wee bit excited about that one!!! Since I pretty much sleep and breathe Disney that one will have to be part of my collection as soon as it is humanly possible!

Beautiful card. I love to cut letters out of old cereal boxes. Sometimes I use the colored side and just ink the edges. A neat effect and "green" too.

I love My Mind's Eye! Beautiful! I can't wait for the new carts to be released. I see manly stuff on the preview. With 3 males in my home and many uncles on my husband's side, it looks like I'll be needing to pick that one up!

I love the background paper on this card. Such pretty colours. I've also started collecting ribbon when it's in the sale bins or at dollar stores (you can never have enough pretty ribbon, right?) because I think the addition of a bow or piece of ribbon is fantastic!
