Friend in me card

Hello, friends!

Quick update on Lucy my Airedale. She is home, but she is still not walking. They do not know why. Now, Lucy is over 100lbs., so I am killing myself bringing her in and out of the house to go to the bathroom. I am hoping she recovers. We spent so much already at the vet (like over $6,000! I need to get to seeing some stamps, y'all!), so I hate to bring her back there. Especially, since she is no longer critical or anything. The pneumonia is gone and she eats and drinks. Fingers crossed she just gets better.

Today's card is made using the March stamp of the month and some Shin Han markers. I have to say, I really love how this one turned out! I may never give this one away!

The design of this card came about pretty organically. I just started stamping and it came together. Don't you just love when that happens?!

LOVE...LOVE your card....keep it and frame it....just so cute, pretty and uplifting! Only you could random stamp and have it turn out so lovely. I'm so so sorry about your Lucy...just tears your heart when they are so ill (and yes, we empathize with the cost of vet care as we have been sticker shocked as well the last couple of years as our dogs age).

Very cute card! I don't do very well at randomly stamping. I think it takes a little practice and the ability to take chances (and be willing to throw it away and try again if it doesn't work out the first time).

I bet she'll start coming around. When I had to help a dog potty I use a sling to carry the back legs and he started using his front. It is always the biggest dogs that have this need. I wish they could tell us what hurts or is wrong. Paws crossed for you!
