Cricut Be My Valentine card

Hello, friends!

Today, I have another Valentine card. This one is made using (believe it or not) DC Comics Superman and Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Art cartridges. I absolutely love this heart image! Can you believe this is on Superman? For the life of me I just do not know why a heart would even be on the Superman cartridge. Any ideas?

I added a little bit of wink of stella to the heart for a little bit of shimmer.

If you have an Explore, here is the file: Cricut Be My Valentine card

If you do not have an Explore, here are the sizes:
heart (DC Comics Superman) - 2 1/4"
lace border (Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Art) - 1/2"

OMG Melanie What a Beautiful Valentine. WOW Ultra Girly Girl. With the edge lace, glitter, bling and love so love your striped paper too very Tres Chic...just a SUPER sweet card!!

OK you asked WHY the heart on DC SUPERMAN cartridge.......Well my thought is because Of the Love between Lois Lane & SuperMan and or the world loved him for coming to their rescue! That's all I've got. LOL

All I Know girl is you are my HERO And as far as I'm concerned YOU are SUPERGIRL!!

Now go have yourself a Fantabulous Friday Full of Fabulousity!! BECAUSE. YOU ROCK

Lovely card. I don't own the Superman cart, but there are several suitable substitutions in the subscription (hmmm, alliteration overload)

Great card...Love the black and white stripes and the border! Obviously, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to Valentine colors. I can only think the heart is because of the romance between Lois Lane and Superman, but it's not something you'd expect to find on the cartridge.

Super cute card Melanie. Great question about the heart on the Superman cartridge. Maybe to represent the love between Superman and Lois Lane, who knows....but lucky for us because you were able to use the image to create the gorgeous card. Thanks for another wonderful Valentine Card.

If anyone is interested, I was searching on Design Space and the Cricut Essentials cartridge in their subscription has a heart that is almost identical to the "Superman" heart image used on the card. It may even be a free image. It is a two layer image as well and very close in design as the "Superman" heart.
