Today, I have another card that I made for the Close To My Heart convention this past July. I was so in love with the new colors when I got them, that I felt compelled to use them. I just love the coolness of the colors. I have always been attracted to the blue/green/purple end of the spectrum.
For this card, I used the Artistry cartridge. It was a super simple cut, so all I had to do was add the stripes of color.

If you do not have an Explore, I cut the shield out at 5".

OMG & WOW WOW WOW!!! What a Beautiful & Gorgeous Card. I love the colors talk about a Royal Rainbow....well you sure created one. Your card is darling.....you really did a super outstanding creative job. YOU so ROCK!!
I can definitely understand your love of cool colors....TX and AZ (where I live) push us toward anything cool during our long hot summers!!! :-) This "Hello" cut from Artistry is a great front for cards...thanks for sharing your file!
