Happy Friday, y'all! I am so glad the weekend is finally here!
Today, I have a card that will perk you up if you are feeling sluggish. I made this card using the Cricut Artistry cartridge and a stamp set called Treats of Friendship. It was almost like this stamp was made for this cut! There are MANY stamps in the new catalog and previous catalog that have the same or similar themes. This is great news for those of us who make a lot of cards! It makes choosing a sentiment so much easier!
I cut the background just larger than the A2 size of the card. Then, I used the 'slice' feature to to cut off the excess. This can be done though using scissors if you do not have an explore.
To make the cardboard looking bit that goes around the cup of coffee, I used kraft paper and the striped embossing folder. It worked perfectly!
If you have a Cricut Explore, here is the file: Cricut Artistry Latte card
Here are the sizes and pictures of the cuts I used form the handbook.
