Cricut Lobster Birthday Card

Cricut Lobster Birthday Card
Quick and Easy Card

Hello, friends!

Today, I have a card for the Bitten By the Bug 2 blog. This challenge called for something with a lobster on it. I cannot remember ever making something with a Cricut lobster and I have made a lot of stuff using my Cricut too (like well over a thousand things!). However, I have never cut out a lobster.

I did a search on Design Space and there were more lobsters there than I ever thought there would be. I chose the one from Destinations. That cartridge is an oldie, but goodie for sure!

The sentiment was one I found online. I really had no idea what would go with a lobster cut, so I googled lobster puns. The font used is called A Little Sunshine. You can get it for free by click here.

If you have a Cricut Explore, here is the file: Cricut Lobster Birthday Card

If you do not have an Explore, I cut the lobster out at 2 1/4" and the font at 3/4".

The Lobster is wonderful looking especially with the striped blue background. I've not cut a Lobster on the Cricut either. My fav food is Lobster, with Crab a close 2nd. While growing up E coast of FL my Father would take me to a place that steamed the Lobster & Crab in a large pot and your table had newspaper on it with a hole in the center to drop the trash in.
