Floral Typewriter card

Floral Typewriter card

Hello, friends!

Today, is the very last day to get the April stamp of the month. It will be gone forever, so if you are interested snatch it up. The card I made today is made using it as well. I thought I would get you another fun example of what to do with it.

For this card, I stamped the flowers from Wavy Blooms onto watercolor paper with black Staz On ink. Then, I used the ink from my Close To My Heart stamp pads and a water brush to pain them. The best way to do this is to squeeze the stamp pad firmly before opening. That will transfer ink onto the lid and you can use that as your palette.

The typewriter and and pointing finger are from the April stamp of the month and they were heat embossed with gold embossing powder

Lastly, I added a tiny bit of shimmer with a clear Wink of Stella glitter brush. I have been using this on lots of projects lately. It just gives that little bit extra!

Like how you used gold embossing w/ floral for a wonderful card. I'm interested in knowing how to cut svg files on Cricut?

The gold embossing with those pretty flowers are perfect for your cute card. I like watercolouring best for colouring in cards and love adding the Wink of Stella to my projects! It is just the right touch of shimmer to finish a so many things off.
Thanks for sharing your pretty work today. Cheers! :)
