Cricut Rain or Shine card

 Hello, friends!

Cricut Rain or Shine card

Today's card is made using the Photo Booth Props cartridge. Who knew this cartridge would be so versatile?

When I was making this card, I was nervous that it would not turn out. Then about halfway through I became giddy! It ended up being one of my favorite cards I have made in awhile.

Now, before you guys think I am a total stamping genius I am going to let you in on a secret. When I was stamping the watercolor brushstrokes down the side, I had no idea if it would work. Do you think I pulled out a ruler and measured to see if all of my colors would fit? That would be a big fat no. Instead I stamped all of the colors I had pulled out and realized I needed to add one more color of ink. Thank goodness thistle looks good next to gypsy! Also, the spacing totally worked out.

For the sentiment, I stamped it all in black. Then, I used one sponge dauber (a different one for each color) and added the ink to the banner section of the stamp. Before I stamped on a scratch sheet of paper I huffed on the stamp. This adds a little bit of moisture which is needed because it takes a little bit of time to add all of those colors.

The Cricut cut is actually the negative of the cut. I just backed it with glitter paper. This could not be easier!
