Cricut Artiste It's that time again! card

Hello, friends!

Cricut Artiste It's that time again! card
This week's Bitten By the Bug 2 challenge wanted us to make a project with a clock. This was not a super simple task for me. I am fairly certain I have never crafted with a clock. As luck would have it, there is a great clock cut on Artiste. Not only that, there is a wonderful clock stamp set that coordinates with the Artiste cartridge. Woohoo!

Hats Off stamp set
Now you can get this stamp set for free as a hostess reward if you order over $150! Be sure to let me know you want to place such an order before you do. That way I can give you all the hostess rewards benefits you earned by putting in a qualifying order.

For the background, I used a stamp set in the Seasonal catalog. When I stamped the background, I used a scratch piece of paper to mask the center. I thought it would be fun to have the layered look with out the bulk.

Here is the file for this card if you have an Explore: Cricut Artiste It's that time again! card

If you do not have a Cricut Explore, the clock was cut out at 3 1/4" and the circle was cut at 2 1/2".

Great card. Like the background and the fact that you showed us the inside as well. This theme could also be used for a birthday card.

This challenge had me thinking too Melanie! lol And I'm pretty sure I haven't crafted with a clock before either, but I'm glad that we had this challenge because it really made me think. I love how your card turned out. The colors are fabulous, love that background stamp and love that you masked the center. Your clock cut is perfect and I love the stamp and flowers as well. Hugs, Brenda

I am not sure what it is about clocks and keys but I have a great fascination with both. I love your clock card. The bright yellow clock hands and flowers are so pretty against the softly faded antique clock in turquoise.
Thank you for sharing your lovely design. Hope you are having a good week! {{{hugs}}} :)
