Christmas cheer card made using the Create a critter cartridge and Artiste cartridge.

Hello, friends!

Today I have a Christmas card that I made using the Create A Critter 2 and Artiste cartridges. I also used my cuttlebug and the October stamp of the month. I keep forgetting how awesome the cuttlebug is! Joy uses it all the time and her stuff looks beautiful. Maybe I am so busy putting bows on things to remember to cuttlebug. Maybe I should make more of an effort to use it though because I just love how it looks!

The cuttlebug folder is called the Wedding Set and is really beautiful!

I used all Close To My Heart cardstock except for the little star which was cut out using DCWV glitter paper.
I used the October Stamp of the Month for the sentiment. I used sparkles from Close To My Heart to add that little bit extra.
I used a cuttlebug folder from the Wedding set. This may be my most favorite cuttlebug folder of all time!

I will see you guys back here tomorrow with a fall project.

October Specials

Back by popular demand, I am giving away one E2 Cricut machine to a lucky customer. To be eligible to win, you have to place an order on my Close To My Heart website this month. That is it! I will draw a winner November 1st.

The October stamp of the month is a total must have! It is called Very Merry Christmas and coordinates with the Artiste cartridge, so if you have that cartridge you are going to want to snatch this up! It makes tag making a total snap!

As always, this stamp set (retail price of $17.95) is only $5 with any order of $50 or more!

Now don't forget that you can still buy the fabulous Artiste and Art Philosophy cartridges, so if you have not taken the plunge yet, come on in the water is great!

Have a Terrific Thursday!

Lovely card! That star is so cute. I've got a question for you. I have self-adhesive glitter paper. Can I cut that on my Cricut?

Your blog looks great!

What a cute card! The embossed background is very nice. I tend to forget how much embossing can add to a project. Thanks for the inspiration!

I love your new look...crisp and clean and easy to read through. And, your card is adorable. Just the kind we need for those we need to make multiples of yet just enough design friends will say "Wow, she took time to make us this? How cool is that!" For those on the fence about should I or shouldn't I buy the Artiste or Art Philosophy Carts...well, I am pretty new at this stuff, just started making cards in January when I was recovering from brain surgery! My sister and I were just chatting and we agreed, if someone offered us 9 regular Carts or both of these carts which would you choose? Hands down, these two would win! Love you girl! Mags

Melanie - How cute! I am a recent early retiree, aka layoff and the one good thing about it I guess is I will have time to explore the Cricut Expression and Mini that I have and haven't had time to play around with. I have the cuttlebug as well but haven't even taken it from the box yet but, I might have to go ahead and get the Wedding Set folder - I like the background.
