Thanks so much card made using Art Philosophy cartridge.

Hello, friends!

Today I have a card that I made using both the Twinkle Toes and CTMH Art Philosophy cartridges. I am sure most of you are surprised that you could pair these two as they both have very different styles. Twinkle Toes has kind of a child-like cutesy look and CTMH Art Philosophy has more of a simple elegance look. However, I was able to put them together and it works!

Once of the great things about the the Twinkle Toes cartridge is the unique shapes like the oval below.  These shapes are great for cards AND for journaling spots on scrapbook pages.

I used the Sonoma paper line from Close To My Heart. The ribbon is from Papertrey Ink.
I cut out the oval shape at 2 1/2" using the Twinkle Toes cartridge. The rose is cut out at 2 1/2" and the leaves are cut out at 1" using Art Philosophy cartridge. To check out my flower tutorial click here => FABULOUS FLOWER TUTORIAL
The stamp is from Close To My Heart and appropriately called Thank You.
Thanks so much for stopping by this week!

  7. The uncomplicated elements you chose, with the busy background paper, create the perfect balance. I don't think I would ever have thought to combine these two cartridges. Thank you for the reminder to stay creatively limber!
