My top ten cards for 2010!

Hello, friends!

The new year will soon be here and for the life of me I cannot believe this year as gone by so quickly. I have made over 300 projects this year(between this blog and Everyday Cricut) and I have to tell you I cannot believe I have made so much. Going through and choosing my favorites was a fun walk down memory lane that I have really enjoyed. I hope that you enjoy my favorites as much as I enjoyed making them for you!

1

The flower was cut at 2" using Once Upon A Princess. I also cut another tag from the cartridge at 3 1/4" which I used as my focal point.

The paper is an older K and Company line. The sentiment stamp is Verve and the flourish stamp is CTMH.

The ribbon is from Papertrey Ink.

2

I made it using the Designer's Calendar cartridge for the '18' and Forever Young for the silhouetted woman. The paper that I used was the Basic Grey 'Wisteria', which I just adore. The stamped sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

3

This card was made using the nest cut from cartridge. It was cut out at 2 1/2"

the branch is cut using the border feature at 1 1/4".

I speckled the eggs with a little bit of brown ink. The paper is Melissa Francis and Anna Griffin. Cardstock used is SU!.

4

This card is made using the Elegant Cake cartridge. The paper is Bo Bunny and the cardstock is Papertrey Ink. The stamps used are from Papertrey Ink.

5

This purple tulip card is made using the Create A Critter cartridge. All supplies to make this card are from Papertrey ink.

6

Card # 6 is from Straight From The Nest. I cut the flowers at 2" and the leaves at 1 1/2".

The paper is from American Crafts 'Botanical' line. It is super pretty!

The sentiment is from Close To My Heart...as is the ribbon.

7

It is made with Freshly Picked and my trusty October Afternoon paper.

I cut this fantastic pot of flowers at 1 3/4" with out any trouble at all. Gotta love being able to cut super small with your cricut with out any trouble!!

8

This fun card is made using the Car Decal cartridge.
The little skier is cut at 4 1/4".
This stamp is from Papertrey Ink.
The snowflakes stamp is from Close To My Heart. I added the rhinestones for a little extra.
The paper is from SU!(I hope you are not getting sick of it yet. I just love it)
The white cardstock is core'dinations.

9

This card is made using the Cheerful Seasons cartridge.

I cut this FANTASTIC flower at 5 1/4".
I used SU! kraft cardstock and Bella Blvd paper.
The stamp used is from Papertrey Ink.

10

Again I have saved my favorite for last. This card is made using the Preserves cartridge and is one that I kind of wish that I had never gave away. It came together so nicely and I was extremely pleased with the end results.

The paper is Basic Grey's Wisteria(one of my favorite lines of theirs) and the sentiment is from Verve. The 'top note' shape around the sentiment is a SU! stamp that I cut out.

Thanks so much for stopping by today to check out my favs! If you have any favorites of mine that I did not mention be sure to let me know! I would love to know which ones you guys really liked this year.

Have a wonderful and SAFE New Year!!!

How do I select my favorite? Love the bird next, just hatched. That is so cute. Also like the pearls on the next card. Great added touch. I guess my favorite of the cards you posted today would be the little skier made out of the Car Decals cart. I didn't even know they had a Car Decals cart. I must get one soon.

Melanie, all your cards are beautiful. I really enjoy looking at all your creations. Especially like Card No. 7 with the pot of flowers; it reminded me of my red geraniums from this summer. Where do you get the Papertrey Ink papers? Does Joann's or Michael's sell them? Love, love, love your stuff!
