I hope you are all well today! I am going out with my two buddies(Joy and Bryan) today on a fun trip to a scrapbooking store in Waxahachie, Texas. It is next to the most wonderful cafe that has the best tea, soups, and quiche! We plan on shopping have having a fabulous lunch. I just can't wait. I have not been there in nearly a year now because we have been so busy. We have very few scrapbooking stores in the Dallas area anymore and this is one of the best of the three. I am so excited!!
Today's card is made using the Mother's Day Bouquet mini. Not only are there lots of fun flowers, but there are some scalloped shapes that look great stamped and layered.

| I cut the scallop out at 3" and then again at 2 3/4". |

| The stamps are from Verve and Papertrey Ink. |

Sounds like a fun trip that you are taking. I am going with a couple of girlfriends on Jan 8th to Crafts Direct in St Cloud, MN. I can't wait. We live about an hour south of there and I know it will be a fun trip and that we will be there for a few hours checking everything out.

This cartridge is on my wish list. I know you guys had fun on your shopping trip and lunch today. We don't have any scrap stores here where I live only HL and They are building a Joann's that is supposed to open in the spring.

Love the scallop flowers and the ruffle ribbon! I'm sure you had fun at the scrap shop! Not a lot of choices in my area, either, except for big box stores.

Have a great fun day! My New Year's resolution was to slow down on the new cartridge purchases--but I can already tell that I will have trouble keeping that resolution! Love the colors on this card and the ribbon treatment.
