Today, I have a fun purse themed card that I made for this week's Bitten By the bug challenge. I actually do not recall this cut from Cricut Kate's ABC's when it was first used upon its release. It was very fortuitous to find it when I did. There are so many gems in cartridges that I did not even realize until the Explore and the colored images. It is life changing!
To make this card, I simple put the cut image on a matted white embossed piece of paper. Then, added it to a square card base. I heat embossed the sentiment on to the cut itself.
The image was cut at 4 3/4" using my Cricut Explore. Here is the file: Handbag card file

For the inside of the card I used some Brushed Complements stickers (pictured below). They are easy to use and coordinate perfectly with the paper I used.  |
