Today I have a fun card that I made using the Artbooking cartridge and the Stamp of the Month. Here's the deal, I know that font stamps can be very intimidating. Also, I think it is hard to think of things to do with them. That gave me an idea. I am going to do several projects made using font stamps, so you guys can get your creative juices flowing and overcome any font stamp phobias you might have.
One of the really fun things to do with font stamps is to make your own customized sentiment! I love owl puns, but do not have any that say "Owl you need is love". You know what they say, necessity is the mother of invention.
The good thing about this month's Stamp of the Month is it has TWO fonts. This gives you tons of options! I was able to mix them and come up with something cute and whimsical!
Helpful tip: When stamping out full words, line them up on your work surface like you want them and then lower your block. Make sure you do a few test stamps on scratch paper before you ever stamp your work.
