Artbooking Glad Tidings card!

  Hello, friends!


Today's card is made using the Mary and Babe stamp set and the Artbooking cartridge. As soon as I saw this stamp set I knew that I was going to use this overlay from Artbooking!

For baby Jesus, I paper pieced him. This is not a quick job, so you can color him with markers or colored pencils if you want to shave some time off of this card.

    Your card is absolutely precious and I agree this layover is so perfect for this card. You did an awesome job coloring and paper piecing baby Jesus because when I first saw it I was wondering where you had found an embellishment like this so wow Melanie great job!!!

    Wow!! Loved the "radiant glow" effect of the rays, which was so perfect to show the magnificence of Baby Jesus. Loving your work, here in RI.

    Wow! I love the paper-piecing and soft color palette. The overlay and its' neutral color are perfect! It took me 6 hours to make four paper-pieced card the other day! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

    Beautiful card. Very different, and the overlay is perfect. I wonder how it would look as a dark sky background with a yellow overlay - as in the 'midnight star'? possibilities abound....
