Today, I have another fun project made using the Monstrously Halloween Thin cuts set and the Jeepers Creepers paper. I am not one for scary Halloween stuff, but I love cute Halloween! The Jeepers Creepers paper suite definitely has that cute factor!
To give my little monster some sparkle, I used a new tool that CTMH sells called a Shimmer Brush. It is like Wink of Stella brush, BUT better because it does not have that metallic shimmer. Instead it is more of a clear sparkle.
