Celebrate today with Daffodils card made using the NEW Teresa Collins Vintage Damask Imagine cartridge and Walk in My Garden Cricut cartidge.

Hello, friends!

Today I have a card that I made using my Imagine and the NEW Vintage Damask Imagine cartridge and the Walk in My Garden cartridge(one of my all time favorites!). I love love love daffodils and this cartridge has a really pretty one. I wish that they would come out with a Flower cartridge that has lots of spring flowers like daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, irises, and hydrangeas! Walk in My Garden is probably the best one they have so far with those flowers, but I would love for them to do another one that is more elegant than cutsey....a la Anna Griffin!

The papers are printed out using my Imagine.
I cut the daffodils out at 5".
This is a Papertrey Ink die(that I cut out using my cuttlebug) and the stamps used are also from Papertrey Ink.
I cut the grass out at 1.4".
Thanks for dropping by today!! I will see you all back here tomorrow!!

Have a MAGICAL Monday!

  5. Love this card and I vote with you that I would love a goregeous botanical cartridge. I'm a huge Anna Griffin fan, maybe she could be a guest designer!

  6. Very pretty card, and I SO agree that they need an elegant flower cart. I thought Botanicals would be it, but for the size card I make they really don't show much detail.

  7. Pretty card! I too totally agree on the "cutsey" flowers. I hardly buy cartridges any more because they have gotten so cutsey. My money is spent on PTI!
I hope they listen to you!

  19. Such a pretty Card Melanie! Love the colors and the cuts... I agree that they should have a more real looking flower arrangement..... nothing wrong with WMG... but a little more realistic look doesn't hurt... :o)

  22. Love this card! The papers came out beautifully. Maybe that's the problem with my Imagine...I don't have the right carts for it. I have got to get motivated to use it more and practice with it.

    TFS!

  32. Melanie, I agree with you on the need for a Cricut cartridge with flowers that are realistic and NOT cutesy. There are so many cartridges that I do not buy because they are cutesy. We aren't all making cute things for children.
