Love ya heart flower card made using Give A Hoot.

Hello, friends!

I hope you are all having a great week so far! I did some craft room reorganization yesterday, so maybe someday soon I will do a video of my room. No promises though. I just feel that it can be a little braggy when people show off their rooms(although mine is nothing special). I always think that those who scrapbook from their kitchen tables because they have limited space might get annoyed. I could be totally off though. Making people feel bad is just not what my blog is about. This is supposed to be a happy care-free zone. Let me tell you, I could totally use some happy and care-fee about now.....

This card is made using the Give a Hoot cartridge and one of my Nestibility sets. I am so glad I found this cut. I love it!!
I used We are Memory Keepers paper.
i cut the heart flower(page 60 in the handbook) out at 2".
I used Hero Arts stamps.
The ribbon is from SU!
I layered the Cricut cut on a die from Spellbinders using my cuttlebug.
Have a FABULOUS Tuesday!!

Love it! A really sweet card. Sometimes, using a Spellbinders die is a quick way to get a background without doing a lot of searching.

Very cute card! Give a Hoot is a cartridge I have to use it a lot more! Thanks for the reminder :D.

I love seeing other peoples craft spaces (That's why I join in the What's on Your Workdesk Wednesdays or WOYWW). But, follow your own instincts : ).

Such a cute card, you can do so much with those cuts you really just skim over. FYI- my craft room is nothing much and LOVE to look at others just for inspiration.

What a wonderful cut! Don't you just love it when you find something you didn't even know you had?! The card is adorable - just perfect.
I wish you a happy and care-free day.

Love your card!

I love looking at other people's scrapbook room. They are a source of inspiration. If someone thinks you are bragging then that is their insecurity taking over.

I love it when people are genuinely happy for me and my scrap place. Makes me all warm and happy. What am I going to do with the ones that are jealous, not invite them over? That would upset them more. Even though they are envious they still come!

I love this card with its bright cheery colors! You should make a video of your room. It gives those of us who don't have an awesome room something to dream about. :-) Also, I've picked up some great storage ideas from watching craft room videos.

It is funny you talk about your craft room and bragging. I'm more jeleous of people having free time to craft. I work full time and take care of a family of 5 and have no time to scrap! How do you peoople find the time? I have to call in sick to work to do my holiday cards in bulk! I would love to see your room though. It is not bragging.:)

Oh so sweet! I love the way it pops!

Such a sweet card! I love how you always find something on carts that I overlooked. I have to go back through mine and find all the gems hidden on them like this flower.
FYI- I craft at a folding table in a corner of my living room, but I always LOVE to see how other people organize their crafty stuff.

Oh Mel....please do show us your craft room!!!!! I'm trying to find some ideas for my tiny room. I'm more interested in how everyone uses storage, whereas my room is really tiny. Thanks for sharing your talents!

Very Pretty Melanie! I like the ribbon and the paper and a pretty flower cut...
I don't mind seeing scrap rooms but I don't show mine for the same reason you've talked about.... I once had a portion of my room shown in a photo and I got a bunch of responses about it and I've thought about showing it but I'm not into making others feel bad if they don't have a room like me.... and I think it's not much compared to the ones I have seen.... It's my space and I'm happy with it and that's all that matters to me! And it seems like we are always fixing it up... changing things around and stuff.... it's a never ending job! LOL TFS! :o)

cute card! (have no idea what you are talking about with nestibilities and spellbinders - maybe I can find a video.....). And as far as the scrap room - it is great for inspiration on how to arrange things so I can scrap and create more fluidly! LOL!

Love the card would love to see your space too. I have a craft space downstairs, but more often than not, I at the kitchen table because the family is around! Even if folks don't have space, they may be inspired! Show!

Very pretty card. I kinda agree with you Melanie but I also appreciate seeing others rooms. You get ideas on how to organize. I just hate seeing things from IKEA because we do not have one in KC!
We just appreciate you sharing your wonderful cards

Love your card. Paper combo is super. I am a huge fan of Spellbinders. I like the added dimension that those dies give your card just like the embossing folders do. I think that they enhance all of your cricut images. You need them both.
As for showing your craft room, I don't think that is showing off, I think it is giving ideas on organization and funtionality. I say that and I have a beautiful craft room with lots of storage but I still prefere to craft in where my family spends time which is usually in the family room. Go figure.

Yet another beautiful card! I've yet to see one of your cards and think "Nah..." :)

Please show us your craft space! I would love to see how you organize your stuff. I think that interests a lot of women! I could care less if you had a closet to work out of or a specially designed dedicated room.

I'm not jealous of anyone's craft spaces... only of all the time you apparently have to get crafty... or the fact that you, Joy, Capadia, etc. must think up projects and ideas WAY faster than me. I could spend hours on a card and you ladies post one a day! What I'd do for your creativity... and a much larger craft budget!!!

I just love the papers/colours you used in this card...very springish! Also, I would love to see a pictures or a video of your scrap room. I enjoy seeing how people organize their stuff. I have a very small office that I scrap in but am glad I have a room to use for it. I believe by seeing all those super nice dressed up places it gives us something to dream about :)

I actually love seeing people's scrappy places because it often gives me ideas of how to organize or what to keep out, what to tuck away, or little tricks they have. Don't feel bad - we LOVE what you create - and wherever you create it from is simply part of the inspiration!

A sweet sweet card. I love the flower. I do like to see some craft areas. I only have a corner in my bedroom since my extra bedroom was taken over by my grandsons and their toys. ( yes it was me that bought all the toys) but they needed a play space when they are at my house and they won't stay 4 and 6 long enough.

Very cute valentine card and love the paper. The paper choice can really make the card just perfect. I would love to see your scrap room. I do have a very messy room to scrap in. My husband is always after me to clean it up but then I start making something and everything comes out again. I don't know how some people can be so darn neat when scrapping/card making. I mean seriously.

First of all..your card is beautiful!!! You make such beautiful projects. Second of all...I don't think you're too much off the mark about your feelings of the whole scrapbook room comments. Just let me tell you that I'm lucky enough to have a whole room devoted to my "hobby" (I don't even have a blog). My children are grown, so I turned a bedroom into an exclusive "hobby" room, and I have pieced together shelving and organizational items, but none of it is glamorous, and I don't need it to be!!! I have recently watched some blogs that go on & on about their scrap rooms, and frankly, it turns me off!!!

ANYWAY...Sorry for such a long comment. Thanks for inspiring us with such great cards!!!

I don't have much space (I took over our dining nook and cluttered it up bigtime), but would love to see your scrap area. I may get a little jealous, but I'll get over it. It's good to get ideas for setting up my future ScrapCave.
