Good times! Scrapbook layout using the NEW Formal Occasions cartridge.

Hello, friends!

I can't believe it is only Tuesday! It should be at least Wednesday, right? I had an evening class last night that had a very annoying lady who sat directly behind me.  The class is art appreciation which I totally love, but this women totally does not understand the concept of a rhetorical question.

 Today I have a layout made using the NEW Formal Occasions cartridge. I just love all of the great shapes that this cartridge includes! I see so many possibilities! This will be a go to cartridge for me whenever I need a great shape to place a cut on for cards or even as a focal point.


The paper is from Close To My Heart.
I cut the title at 2 3/4 and the oval cut it sits on at 3 3/4".
This is a sticker that goes with the paper pack. I thought it was beautiful, so I included it!
The main shape that the photo mat sets on is cut at 11".

    This is a really nice LO..your color choices are fantastic as always...it's always nice to have a cart that's a stand by for layering...

    I hadn't noticed all the shapes on this cart (it pays to check out the hand book not just the cart case). You are so right - it has great shapes and layers. The images are so similar to Tie the Knot, that I almost totally dismissed this cart. I will have to add this to my list of carts to consider. Thanks. Fab LO by the way.

    Hmmm, hadn't considered those design possibilities with that cartridge!
    I have an M.A. and know of what you speak regarding "the people who sit behind us!" from many, many classes. Unfortunately, I was probably that person sometimes, too! Enjoy your classes!

    That's why I go to class online. With art that might be kind of hard though but you sure don't have those annoying people sitting behind you...lol! Wonderful layout. I love the colors. Thank you for sharing.
