Anyway, today I have a card I made using another one of the Cricut Lite cartridges called Celebrate with Flourish. This cartridge is your one stop holiday stop. It is one of my favorites of the new releases.
I cut the sweet little umbrella(or brolly like my British husband calls it) at 3". I used the Basic Grey Kioshi line.
The stamp is from papertrey ink....how perfect is that sentiment!
I hope you all have fabulous weekends even if mine ends up being very boring ;-)

This is a great card and I think this will be one of my favorite of the new carts. They aren't at our WalMart yet, be I'm trying to be patient. As always, you have the best paper choices. Thanks for sharing.

We have a shower and a birthday party. It's supposed to be really hot and both are at a park, so no a/c!!

I have been running full tilt since June 1st and look forward to Monday, my first day of relaxation (I've been off of work since June 9) but it's all worth it. We are celebrating my daughter's HS graduation on Sat. Maybe next week I can try to make a beautiful card like yours! Thanks for sharing all your great ideas!

Beautiful Brolly! I have only been making cards now for about 2 weeks, so I would like to learn how to add color around the edges of the sentiment. It adds extra character.

ReplyDeleteNormally I respond to all your cards seperatly, but the last 3 weeks have been so hectic for me, I hardly have time to sit at the comp. My boyfriend found a cat-litter 3 weeks ago, and brought 2 little kittens home. I have been handraising them, and they are such cute little things. But they take up a lot of time!! Hopefully soon we find a good home for them, as they can't stay. We have 4 dogs, and 3 out of the 4 would like the kittens for breakfast :(
