I 'heart' hydrangeas! Card made with Songbird and Copics

Hello, friends!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I was able to craft a little and clean a lot! I call that a very productive weekend!

Today's card is made using the Close to My Heart stamp of the month and my trusty Songbird cartridge. One of my favorite things about this cartridge are all of the cool shapes it has. They are great to stamp your sentiment on for cards. I cut this one out at 1 1/2" and then again at 1 1/4".

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Enjoy your week!!

  32. I "heart" hydrangeas too!! I had a beautiful bush of them in WA, and the colors they would turn, first reddish green, then on to bluish purple..oh so gorgeous! You did a fantastic job on the colors!!!! The little topnote that you have your sentiment stamped on is so sweet. Songbird seems to be a much needed cart. I'm confused right now because of all the great carts out right now! LOL

    Have a fantastic day!!!!

    Lisa :)

  56. A beautiful card, makes me anxious for late summer and my hydrangeas to be in full bloom.

Love it when the flower starts to fade to another color... such wonder our world is. Kinda like the wonder of the Cricut world and all we can create with it.

    Thanks again!
