It's Friday, y'all! Can you believe it? This week has flown by. Do you guys have anything fun planned this weekend? I am about to get the inside of my house painted, so we have things to do to get it ready. I am even getting my craft room done. Maybe I will do a before and after post about that!
Today's card is made using the Artistry cartridge and is one of my favorites. What is not to love. It has my favorite color (aqua) and flowers! It is both elegant and cute.
One of the really great things about this cartridge are all of the unexpected things that go together so well. For this card, I used several cartridge functions on the same page to make this focal point. It all just came together really well. I love it when that happens!
Also, for this card I used a new stamp set called Floral Banners. It is truly a beautiful stamp set! I just stamped the flowers on colored cardstock and cut them out using scissors. I find this so relaxing at times believe it or not.
If you have a Cricut Explore, here is the file: Cricut Artistry Moroccan Shape card
If you do not have an Explore, I cut everything but the rectangular piece out at 4 1/2" and the rectangular piece at 4"

Melanie, you have such vision to see possibilities with these images...so talented.
Question if you could answer....I usually use a blank canvas in Design Space, but wanted to try using a 'card' canvas. However, I couldn't find a way to change the card canvas from a vertical sized card to a horizontal sized card canvas. What am I missing?
Like the edges of the Moroccan shape style. Wonderful colors and layering of banner, flowers & more.

Coelle, you can. After you select the card canvas, select the canvas tab on the right hand side. It gives the option for vertical and horizontal.
Thanks, Melanie!!!! And I'd love to see your craft room before and after!! :-)
