Winter Time fun layout made using Everyday Paper Dolls, Don Juan, and Hannah Montana.

Hello, friends!

I have a layout for you today that I made using Joys of the Season, Everyday Paper Dolls, Don Juan, and Hannah Montana cartridges.

When I was planning this layout, I wanted to do something with those cute little paper dolls all dressed in their winter outerwear. So, I figured I would make a layout for all those pictures you have of your kids playing in the snow, maybe making snowmen and snow angels or throwing snowballs.

I cut the boy and girl dolls as well as all of their accessories, hair, and clothing at 3". If you take a close look at the card stock I used as the base of my layout, it is core'dinations. I sanded it down to the cool shade of aqua to give the look of a snowy day.

The first part of my title was cut using my Hannah Montana cartridge. Here is the cut file for the 'winter' portion: http://www.4shared.com/file/127934594/7bb58c54/winter_courtneylaneblogspotcom_.html
'time' was cut with my Don Juan cartridge at 1". I also cut out the shadow at 1" and adhered that to the back of the original cut.

I cut the little trees from page 59 on Joys of the Season. I varied the cuts between 1" and 2" and scattered them about. All trees were made out of core'dnations paper and sanded.

The pine cone is from the Joys of the Season cartridge. When I cut this I knew I wanted it to face the opposite way. So, I used the flip feature on my expression and cut it at 4". I then sanded the core'dinations card stock to give it a rougher look and then added liquid applique as snow.

'Fun" was cut with Don Juan using the under pressure feature key. I cut the 'f' at 1 1/2" and the 'u' and the 'n' were cut at 1 1/4".

This week I am giving away a Team Spirit cartridge!

I like the way you added the snow for this wonderful layout. I want the Hannah Montana cartridge but it is no longer availble in stores and the price online is higher than what I want to pay.
